We offer a range of tool repair and servicing options depending on the number of tools you
need repairing and the frequency of servicing required.
Our Repair Process

You fill out the below form

Note any reported faults

Send your tool/s to us

We carry out a tool inspection

We will create a job card and issue quotation

Upon receipt of authorisation/order, we will proceed with the repair

On receipt of payment we will return your goods to you (carriage free)
For goods that are beyond economical repair a quote for a new tool will be provided (where available)

If you decide NOT TO GO AHEAD with the repair and request your tool returned unrepaired there will be a small charge of £9.50+VAT to cover carriage/administration costs. All tools returned unrepaired may be in a stripped/disassembled state.

We reserve the right to dispose of any tools/goods we have in our workshop longer than ONE month from the date of quotation if no order or agreement has been made.
